Maintenance
Regular professional maintenance can help keep your floor looking its best and, importantly, protect the finish and extend the life of the flooring.
We offer three levels of maintenance depending on the current condition of your floor:
Level One
Clean Only
A professional clean to remove built-up dirt and residue, leaving your floor fresh and refreshed.
Level Two
Clean & Varnish
A professional clean followed by the application of a fresh protective coat of varnish. Ideal for floors that are generally in good condition but would benefit from additional protection and a refreshed finish.
Level Three
Full Sand & Varnish
A complete professional sanding to remove the existing finish and surface wear, followed by a new varnish system. This is the best option where the floor has more noticeable wear, scratches or areas of damage.
